Refund Policy
At Storey Aesthetics, your time and trust are important to us. This policy explains how we manage cancellations, rescheduling and refunds.
✨ Appointments & Cancellations

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your booking fee.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to carry out your treatment and your booking fee may be forfeited.
💳 Booking Fees & Refunds

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the cost of your treatment on the day.

Booking fees are non-transferable if notice is not given within the cancellation period.

Treatments are non-refundable once delivered, but we will always work with you on aftercare and follow-ups if you have any concerns.
🧾 Courses & Packages

Payments for treatment packages or courses are non-refundable once started.

If you cannot complete a course due to medical reasons (with proof), we may consider a partial credit at our discretion.
👩⚕️ Medical Suitability

All treatments require a consultation. If you are found unsuitable for treatment, your booking fee will be refunded or credited towards another service.

Please inform us of any changes in your medical history before each treatment.
🔁 Rescheduling

You can reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice without losing your booking fee.

Repeated rescheduling may require a new booking fee.

All clients must be 18+. Proof of age may be requested.
