Refund Policy

At Storey Aesthetics, your time and trust are important to us. This policy explains how we manage cancellations, rescheduling and refunds.

✨ Appointments & Cancellations

  • Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your booking fee.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to carry out your treatment and your booking fee may be forfeited.

💳 Booking Fees & Refunds

  • A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the cost of your treatment on the day.

  • Booking fees are non-transferable if notice is not given within the cancellation period.

  • Treatments are non-refundable once delivered, but we will always work with you on aftercare and follow-ups if you have any concerns.

🧾 Courses & Packages

  • Payments for treatment packages or courses are non-refundable once started.

  • If you cannot complete a course due to medical reasons (with proof), we may consider a partial credit at our discretion.

👩‍⚕️ Medical Suitability

  • All treatments require a consultation. If you are found unsuitable for treatment, your booking fee will be refunded or credited towards another service.

  • Please inform us of any changes in your medical history before each treatment.

🔁 Rescheduling

  • You can reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice without losing your booking fee.

  • Repeated rescheduling may require a new booking fee.

ℹ️ Additional Notes

  • All clients must be 18+. Proof of age may be requested.

  • Results vary and no guarantees can be made.

  • Storey Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is not in your best interest.
